Enclosed 100 m² garden with wooden terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha, barbecue).

The house is located close to the beaches of the Vendée and La Venise Verte, between La Rochelle, L'Ile de Ré and La Faute sur Mer; 3/4 hour from Les Sables d'Olonne, 30 minutes from La Rochelle, 1h15 from Nantes and Le Puy du Fou. Optional: Cleaning charge: €60/stay.
