Located in a small, quiet lane at the foot of the Château de Saumur, this stylish flat is on the 1st floor of a beautiful tufa stone building.
You'll find a bright living room with a modern kitchen opening onto a colourful lounge, a soothing bedroom with a double bed and a trendy shower room. Separate WC.
In fine weather, you can enjoy the garden furniture in a pretty courtyard with flowers and a view of Saumur castle.

The gîte is just 200 metres from the town centre, which is bustling with activity all year round, especially in summer. Don't miss: the panoramic view of the town from the esplanade of the Château and the Château-Musée, which offers themed guided tours throughout the year. You can also visit the fine bubbly houses, the Cadre Noir, the Armoured and Cavalry Museums, traditional boat trips, and the surrounding vineyards and troglodyte caves.

Pushchairs and bicycles can be stored under cover on the ground floor of the house. And the owners, who live on site, will also be able to advise you on all the good addresses in the area.
