Welcome to our charming, comfortable and spacious guest house on the banks of the River Loir.

The property consists of a main house built in the 1930s in the art deco style for 13 people, including 9 adults, and a pretty old pavilion by the river for 2 people (to be booked as an extra). The accommodation is yours to rent. A haven of peace combining the comfort of a nicely furnished house, the gentleness of a garden tended with respect and love, and the proximity of the wild river environment for observing the local flora and fauna.

Ideally situated on the banks of the Loir, the property offers a splendid view over the river. The sunsets are magnificent.

20 minutes from Angers TGV, 1 hour from Le Mans TGV, 1 hour 25 minutes from Nantes TGV and airport, 2 hours 30 minutes from Paris; in the heart of nature and close to all amenities. A wide range of cultural, sporting and natural activities nearby. Several offices and spaces available for teleworking.

It's an ideal place to create unforgettable memories with friends or family. Children are, of course, welcome and there are plenty of secure areas for your little ones.

* 2 spacious double rooms on the 1st floor with a view of the Loir and a private bathroom, + 1 charming single room with a large single bed and a desk
* on the second floor: 1 bedroom with 2 double beds (140cm), 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (or a double bed (180cm) and a single bed depending on your requirements), bathroom with separate WC.

- thorough cleaning & provision of disinfectants and household products, most of which are of natural or organic origin,

- beds are made with care on your arrival, and household linen is provided.

- a welcome booklet informing you about nearby activities and giving you interesting addresses and maps for your walks.
