Surplombant la Flandre, le moulin de Cassel (Casteelmeulen), édifice sur pivot en bois initialement bâti à Arnèke, est le témoin vivant du patrimoine d’antan. Il est le dernier moulin de la ville, qui en compta plus de vingt, et produit toujours de la farine.
