La Parenthèse

Between Angers and Cholet, 35 minutes from the Puy du Fou and the banks of the Loire, the family-run gîte "La Parenthèse" is the ideal place to spend some quality time with family and friends.

Come and stay in a spacious house with old-world charm. The lounge, living room with its 12 comfortable seats for meals and fully-equipped kitchen cover an area of 75m². The cathedral-roofed living room boasts high ceilings that open onto the mezzanine above. A fireplace makes for cosy evenings in winter.

Also on the ground floor, you will find a large 25m² bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 160cm bed and en suite shower room (wc, washbasin and shower). To complete the level, there is a separate wc and a shower room with a large shower and vanity unit.

Upstairs, the landing leads to two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed, and a 20m² dormitory (10m² at a height of 1m80) with 4 single 90cm beds. Also upstairs is a bathroom with bath, shower and double basins, separate wc and a mezzanine opening onto the living room with television, sofa and children's games.

All the living rooms open onto a private garden and a south-facing terrace to enjoy the summer evenings. Facilities include a barbecue, garden furniture for meals, a lounge, parasol, garage for two cars, table tennis table...

Make the most of renting this large gîte to discover and visit the surrounding area: 10 minutes away is Chemillé, with its many shops and the Camifolia park. Maulévrier Oriental Park, Europe's largest Japanese garden, is 25 minutes away. Chalonnes-sur-Loire and the banks of the Loire are 30 minutes away. And for those wishing to escape a little further afield, the sea (Les Sables d'Olonnes) is 1 hour 20 minutes away and Nantes 1 hour.

Parking available for 3 to 4 vehicles, fibre-optic internet connection. Baby equipment: high chair and folding bed.
The price includes electricity. Oil-fired heating is charged according to consumption.
Wood for the fireplace is extra (for those who want it).
