The Maison Gublin has managed to make the most of the old Champagne building, while bringing it up to date. Once you have passed through a small lounge lit by a glass roof, you enter a luminous dining room, decorated with beams and half-timbered walls. The chef, Patrick Gublin, comes from a farming background. His mother, who was an excellent cook, gave him a taste for good family dishes from an early age and taught him to choose the best vegetables and the most fragrant herbs to accompany and enhance a culinary preparation.
The restaurant is closed from Monday to Friday for lunch. We welcome you every evening, as well as Saturdays and Sundays for lunch.
