Description
After travelling the length and breadth of France and building up a wealth of experience, Stéphane and Amandine settled in Cholet in 2007, before moving to Saint Macaire in the heart of the Mauges region.
Their cuisine is refined, modern and fresh, in an authentic family atmosphere.
Located in the centre of Saint Macaire, in a bourgeois house, Stéphane and Amandine welcome you from Tuesday to Sunday.
The menu follows the seasons and the products of the moment, with an eye to freshness and creativity. The menu changes regularly, and Stéphane offers a "back from the market" menu every lunchtime.
