Fine dining with "2 or 3-course" menus, "Cherubim" in the evening, Express menu, Chef's Special, Business lunch or a la carte. Chef Laurent Rey invites you to taste his seasonal fare making extensive use of high-quality local produce.
He also offers game during the hunting season and mouthwatering smoked brown trout served sushi-style on a bed of vegetables, or green asparagus and chervil a la royale, or wild boar ham as a starter. Then there is a sublime rabbit stew with pine kernels and rosemary, a cheeseboard, a superb hot raspberry soufflé with raspberry coulis.... and many other surprises for your tastebuds.
