He also offers game during the hunting season and mouthwatering smoked brown trout served sushi-style on a bed of vegetables, or green asparagus and chervil a la royale, or wild boar ham as a starter. Then there is a sublime rabbit stew with pine kernels and rosemary, a cheeseboard, a superb hot raspberry soufflé with raspberry coulis.... and many other surprises for your tastebuds.
Throughout the year : open daily (Closed Sunday evenings and Mondays. Lunch served until 1.30pm, dinner until 9pm.) except on Mondays, Tuesdays, Sundays.
