MEUBLÉ BELLE VUE - LE ROSSIGNOL

'Le Rossignol' is one of four tastefully restored 18ᵉ century stone cottages at 'Belle Vue'. These gîtes are arranged around a central courtyard.

This gîte sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms.

On the ground floor, the living area is airy and light, revealing stone walls and exposed oak beams.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster.
A lounge area with sofa and armchairs contains a television, CD and DVD player.

On the same level, there is a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and wc. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there is a second double bedroom and a large twin bedroom.

Belle Vue' has a large sun terrace with a seasonal heated swimming pool 12x5m and a Jacuzzi for 8 people. This area is fully fenced for your security. The garden is also very spacious.

We have a range of garden games (table tennis, badminton, table football) and a selection of bicycles.
The Vendée is renowned for its cycle paths. There are several nearby. There is also a canal 100 metres away, ideal for fishing.

The village bakery is a short walk away.

Our microclimate makes this region one of the sunniest in France, making it suitable for holidays at any time of year.
