Located at La Gaudinière 53220 Saint Ellier du Maine At the end of a path, in the Mayenne countryside, you will fall under the charm of this old barn completely redécorée and arranged to satisfy the greatest number. The house has on the ground floor a large lounge / living room; an open kitchen, a toilet and a small bathroom. On the floor: you will find 4 rooms, a toilet and a bathroom. A garage completes the whole as well as a courtyard, a terrace exposed south and a space lawn.
