Basse-Cour de Lathan

This gîte in Breil is located in the heart of the grounds of the Château de Lathan (a listed historic monument). An ideal place to recharge your batteries! Exposed beams and tiled floors add charm to this accommodation.

For a family holiday, Lake Rillé and its many activities (kayaking, canoeing, wakeboarding, mini-golf, hiking and tree climbing) are just 9 minutes away. Young and old alike can marvel at the animals at La Flèche zoo, 30 minutes away. Discover the local heritage at the Château de Lorrière, 13 minutes away, the Château de Baugé, 25 minutes away (where the Festival d'Anjou is staged during the summer), the Château du Lude, 22 minutes away, and Saumur and its château, 30 minutes away. The charming villages of Fontevraud and Montsoreau, on the banks of the Loire, are 30 minutes away. The guinguettes on the banks of the Loire invite you to enjoy the marvellous scenery. If you're a keen wine connoisseur, the vineyards of the Saumur and Tourraine regions are the perfect place to discover the local produce (in moderation).

Accessed by four steps, this charming house opens onto a living room. This includes a lounge, dining room and fitted kitchen. The fireplace invites you to spend cosy evenings by the fire. There are two bedrooms: the first with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed and the second with three 90 cm x 190 cm beds. A bathroom with bath serves both bedrooms. A separate WC completes the gîte.

A flower-filled, fully enclosed courtyard lets you enjoy sunny afternoons. Barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture and parasol at your disposal!

A baby high chair is available on request. Private car park in front of the gîte. For stays of up to 15 people, you can also rent gîte H49G014885 - Bergerie de Lathan, located on the same property.
