Le Petit Manoir
Description
This charming little inn is set in the heart of the Aubance vineyards, just 5 minutes from the Château de Brissac, and serves traditional French cuisine. The wine list features regional products.
The restaurant has several small rooms with the traditional schist walls of the region. The chef has been awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur, a government label guaranteeing that the food is prepared on the premises with fresh, raw produce, mostly local, and with a team of professionals.
In fine weather, the south-facing terrace in the heart of the village is sure to be a delight.
