Access to the gîte via a 14-step outside staircase.

You access a beautiful terrace not overlooked.

- 28m² living room with fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a lounge with fireplace and small sitting area

Upstairs are two bedrooms with sloping ceilings:
- 1 double bedroom with a 140x190cm bed
- 1 bedroom with two 90x190cm beds. One of the beds is 34cm from the floor, ideal for young children.

Outside, the gîte has its own private 800m² garden planted with trees, as well as a large terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. From the height of the gîte and its garden, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.

For your comfort, the owner has installed a heat pump with heating and air conditioning on the ground floor.
Parking is available at the bottom of the stairs in a private lot or in the nearby public car park.
Baby equipment: cot and high chair.
Included in the price: wood-fired heating (fireplace with insert - firewood provided),
Extra charge: electricity over 8 Kwh/day (current EDF rate) and heating.
