Gîte La Grange

Les Moulins Viaud is a charming 18th-century farmhouse with two gîtes close to the owners, located in the UNESCO World Heritage area. This 60m2 house (three ears of corn) can accommodate 5 people and has its own entrance and private garden (120m2). It overlooks the owners' flower garden and a terrace.

Accommodation: Ground floor: 30m2 living room/kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, wc, shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm) - Shower room - wc - Baby equipment - Gas central heating - La Loire 2 km away.

The house is equipped with everything you need for your baby. For your comfort, the central heating is gas (in winter, extra charge of 5€ per day). Pets are accepted under certain conditions. A cleaning service is available for €50.

To visit the region (the Loire is 2 km away), bike hire is available for €5/day (mountain bikes and VTC).
