La Pichonnière is a gite on the first floor of a character farmhouse measuring 82 m2, fully restored by the owners. Situated in the countryside, La Pichonnière is 3 km from the town centre. The gite comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen area (microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), a shower room and separate wc. The gite has 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140cm), Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140cm) - wc - washbasin - shower, Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90cm)). Games such as table tennis and table football are available. Bed linen and towels are provided. Outside, there is a garden shed, a large covered play area and a private fenced garden with lawn for the 2 gîtes.
