We welcome you all year round to La Pichonnière, a beautiful family home full of character dating from the 19th century, ideally situated between Angers and Saumur in the heart of the Aubance and Layon vineyards. The gîte offers 120 m² of comfortable accommodation. Ground floor: living room with fireplace, dining room, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, oven). Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms, each with en suite facilities and excellent bedding. Parking inside the property for cars, motorbikes and bicycles, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
