MOULIN DE BAISSEY

To 16 km of Langres and near the river Vingeanne, is situated the water mill of Baissey, the first mentions of which go back up to the XVth century.

Under the leadership of the Association of Friends de Baissey, the mill was restored and appears in the Additional Inventory of Historic monuments.

Henceforth, the mill saw again: the paddle wheel, the grindstones and the other gearings recover in movement to make you share the know-how of the millers of former days.
