Fishing and nature lovers? Looking for a green break? The Gai Vallon gîte is the perfect place! This ground-floor gîte in Sèvremoine is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Located in the Mauges region, you can take advantage of the opportunity to visit the many treasures of the area: Le Puy du Fou 25 minutes away, Nantes and its famous machines 40 minutes away, Clisson the Italian city and its Hellfest festival 25 minutes away, Tiffauges and its worrying Bluebeard castle 15 minutes away, Cholet its lake and the Vendée wars museum 15 minutes away, Maulévrier and its wonderful Japanese garden 25 minutes away, La Boissière du Doré zoo 30 minutes away, Chemillé and the Camifolia garden 30 minutes away, Angers with its castle, Apocalypse tapestry and historical centre 1 hour away, not forgetting that we're at the gateway to the vineyards of Anjou and Muscadet! The Atlantic coast is also just 1 hour's drive from the gîte.

This large gîte in a 1950s house is situated on the banks of the river Moine, in one hectare of wooded grounds. All on the ground floor (the house is raised with two access steps), it comprises: a fitted kitchen, a lounge with TV and fireplace, a living area with a large table and sofa, three bedrooms: one with a 140cm X 190cm bed and the other two each with two 90cm X 190cm beds. A shower room with bath and separate WC complete this gîte. The outside area is a delight for young and old alike! There's plenty of equipment to enjoy your meals under the Mauges sun: garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, slides, swings... All set in a hectare of grounds! Direct access to the river Moine and its fishing spots is a real asset: pike, perch, carp, roach, gudgeon and minnow are just some of the species that can take the bait!

Below the gîte, you can cross the river by a small bridge that will take you directly to the neighbouring 'Famille Mary', which offers discoveries and activities around beehives and bees, as well as an ecotourism trail.
