Camargue Evenings – Manade Saint-Louis

A demonstration of the traditional work of bull breeders, a typical local Camargue meal, all accompanied by live music.

Come discover our traditions in an idyllic setting.
Guided tour of the ranch led by the ranch manager, calf race, herdsmen’s games, abrivado in the arena, and bullfights with young cows in the arena.

Dinner with an aperitif (sangria or fruit juice), mussel brasucade, appetizer, bull stew or paella, cheese, dessert, wines, and coffee.

All accompanied by a group of Gypsy guitarists.
