La Suédoise

The “La Suédoise” holiday cottage is situated in the heart of Falaise, 3 minutes from the town centre and Guillaume-Le-Conquérant Castle.
It has a floor area of 70m² plus a secure outbuilding of 26m² (which can be used for bicycles).

Living area:
> Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a full set of crockery)
> Ample storage space (wardrobe – shelving)

Dining and relaxation area:
> Table and chairs / sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi and fibre broadband.

The bedrooms:
> 1st bedroom – 160x200 bed, wardrobe, bedside table and TV
> 2nd bedroom – 2 90x200 beds (can be joined or kept separate), wardrobe, bedside table with lamp.

Bathroom facilities and other amenities:
> Bathroom (shower + vanity unit and mirror)
> Separate toilet
> Hairdryer, towel warmer
> Washing machine, vacuum cleaner

Outdoors:
> 409 m² garden, garden furniture, parasol, 2 sun loungers and barbecue available for use
> Private car park with 2 spaces
