La Boiseraie

Whether you're a couple, a group of friends or a family, come and enjoy the terrace of this gîte near Angers, with its remarkable view over the Etang Saint-Nicolas! This detached house, accessible by a few steps, is located in the woodland surrounding the pond, with private grounds planted with trees and a superb view over the countryside. Access to the pond is just 25 metres from the house, ideal for walks.

Your stay will be an opportunity to discover the many tourist sites in our region: Angers, with its Château des Ducs d'Anjou, its banks of the Maine and its historic town centre is just 10 minutes away, and the Terra Botanica plant park is 8 minutes away. For keen walkers, the Loire cycle route (accessible on foot or by bike) is just 20 minutes away. Along the Loire, you can explore the many charming villages of Denée (30 mins), Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné (35 mins) and Blaison-Gohier (35 mins).

On the ground floor, the gîte opens onto a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining area and lounge. This light-filled cathedral ceiling room gives direct access to the terrace (equipped with garden furniture, two deckchairs and a plancha), ideal for outdoor meals and relaxing on warm summer evenings. This room also contains a lounge area with television, DVD player and all the Orange Bouquet channels.

On the same level, the sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed and a second bedroom with 2 90cm x 190cm beds, a shower room with a vanity unit and a shower. Separate WC. There is a mezzanine on the first floor with a study and a games area with a 140cm x 190cm sofa bed that can sleep two extra people. There is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a garage for 2 vehicles in the basement of the house.

Wifi internet connection. Teleworking possible thanks to a high-speed fibre internet connection (Orange). A desk, desk lamp, extension lead and power socket are available. A window is located near the workspace, with a view of the Etang Saint-Nicolas.
