8 km from the Loire, in the heart of the Anjou countryside, this comfortable gîte is an invitation to calm and relaxation, ideal for getting together with family or friends, away from the hustle and bustle.

The area is ideal for walks and discoveries in typical Layon villages such as Montreuil-Bellay, Le Puy-Notre-Dame and Nueil-sur-Layon. The area is also renowned for its vineyards and AOC Coteaux du Layon, which you can discover on visits to wine cellars and estates.
Doué-la-Fontaine is just 15 minutes away, with its Biopark and exceptional troglodyte heritage. Around 40 km away, take advantage of the summer activities on the banks of the Loire, Saumur, its castle and its Loire setting, or the Center Parcs in Loudun (Vienne).

Spread over several floors, this gîte enjoys a very peaceful environment, perfect for recharging your batteries and unwinding.
It comprises a large, bright living room with a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, a convivial dining area and a lounge with television. The large windows overlooking the courtyard and garden provide a warm, pleasant atmosphere.

A few steps lead to a landing with a shower room, separate WC and a master suite. This spacious 20 m² bedroom has a fireplace and a 160x200cm bed, as well as a large en suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
Upstairs, two bedrooms complete the accommodation: one with a 140x190cm bed, the other with two 90x200cm beds.

The outside area, accessible via a private entrance, features an enclosed garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, shade sail and parasol for enjoying meals al fresco.

The price includes: end-of-stay cleaning, beds made on arrival, towels provided and wood for the fireplace.

A flat rate of 30 kWh per day is included (additional consumption billed at end of stay).
