Here, peace reigns supreme, disturbed only by the sound of birdsong or the discreet footsteps of a roe deer that can sometimes be seen at the bend in the path. Everything is on one level for optimum comfort: a large, convivial living room with dining area, wood-burning stove for cocooning evenings and table football, a separate kitchen ready to host your cooking talents, a linen room, a large hallway, separate WC, a functional shower room with WC, a double bedroom (bed 140x190cm), a bedroom with bunk beds (90x190cm), and a second double bedroom (bed 140x190cm) with private shower room, ideal for preserving a little privacy. A sofa bed is also available on request.

Outside, the partly enclosed grounds are a veritable playground, where you can enjoy a game of pétanque on the bowling green, a game of molkky or simply a long siesta under the trees. Barbecue and plancha available.

There's no shortage of things to do in the surrounding area: forest walks from the house, hiking or mountain biking on the surrounding paths, discovering Cholet and its art and history museum, shopping at the largest Marques Avenue centre in the Pays de la Loire, not forgetting nature outings in the Ribou park in Cholet or trips to the Puy du Fou, just 30 minutes away. Clisson and its famous Hellfest festival are just 25 minutes away. And when you're in the mood for some fresh air, you'll be surprised by the gentle way of life in Anjou, with its local markets, neighbouring vineyards and picturesque villages.
