Enjoy a unique stay aboard a Ligerian toue, a traditional boat par excellence. Moored on the river Maine, this toue offers an original and relaxing experience, ideal for a couple or a family with children aged 10 and over.

Here, life flows to the rhythm of the river: the passing of boats and oars, the birds, the reflections of the water... a soothing atmosphere right in the centre of town. Just a stone's throw away, the cale de la Savatte, renowned for its friendly, lively atmosphere, is a great place to enjoy bars, restaurants, terraces and food shops. The Quai theatre, just next door, makes this a lively area with a rich cultural offering.

You are staying in the historic Doutre district, one of the most emblematic in Angers, with its narrow cobbled streets, half-timbered houses and remarkable heritage, all within walking distance.

The interior of the toue is clad in wood for a warm, authentic atmosphere. Living room with sofa bed (140 x 185 cm), small kitchen equipped to prepare simple meals. Outside, an 11.50 m² terrace with 2 armchairs invites you to take full advantage of the river setting.

Bedroom with 160x200cm bed. Beautiful view over the Maine. Small bathroom accessible from the bedroom with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail. Separate WC.

The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, hob, pod coffee machine, sink with drinking water, crockery, etc.

The cottage is insulated and heated: can be rented all year round. All-inclusive. No television. No internet connection.

BOOKING AND SAFETY CONDITIONS :
Access is forbidden to children under 10, swimming is strictly forbidden and flat shoes are strongly advised to avoid slipping on the pontoon. Animals are not allowed. We do not recommend this holiday for people with arachnophobia.

The rate for 2 people corresponds to the use of a single bed; the use of two beds results in the application of the 3-person rate. In the event of flooding, stays will be postponed or refunded in full, with no possibility of additional compensation being claimed.
