Between the Maine-et-Loire and Deux-Sèvres departments, the village of Les Cerqueux offers a great location for a stay with family or friends. Perfect for large groups, with 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a convivial living room, this country house offers a natural and pleasant setting.

Entirely on one level, the house features a 53m² living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen for 11 people with access to the garden, a large dining area and a lounge with television. From the lounge, the night area leads to 4 bedrooms and a shower room with shower and washbasin. Separate WC.
Opposite is an entrance hall leading to a shower room with large shower and vanity unit, separate WC, and a 15m² bedroom with desk and small kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, hob and coffee maker). The bedrooms have a total of 8 beds (90x200cm) and 3 beds (90x190cm).

Renovated in 2024, the house offers comfort, modernity and light.

Outside, a private garden of over 900m² lets you enjoy your meals on the terrace, sheltered by the trees. A natural lawn with sun loungers invites you to relax. This house offers beautiful views over the countryside. Bicycle shed available.

Cholet, 25 minutes away, also has some excellent museums on the theme of the textile industry, which is very present in the area.

In the village of Les Cerqueux, 1.5km away, you'll find a mini-market, a restaurant and the Brioche Pasquier shop, a major local producer of pastries and viennoiseries whose delicious smells you may be able to smell in the breeze!
