Just 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire and Angers, come and stay in this 42m² gîte for 2 people, with its warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The city of Angers offers a wealth of cultural and heritage attractions, including the Château d'Angers, the Jean Lurçat museum, the cathedral, the Musée des Beaux Arts and the Terra Botanica park. Along the banks of the Loire, the local guiguettes offer concerts in season for typically Angevine evenings. Just 4 minutes away by car and 5 minutes by bike, you'll have easy access to local shops: bakery, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, etc.

The stone and slate building dates back to 1810. The gîte was renovated in 2024. There is a small private outdoor area with terrace and lawn.
Inside, the spacious 22m² living room has a dining area, sofa, television and fitted kitchen.
Following on from the living room is a lovely, bright 14m² bedroom with en-suite shower room. Bed 160x200cm (or 2 x80x200cm on request). Shower room with large shower, vanity unit, wc and washing machine.

The gîte is located at the end of the main house with its own private and independent access. The owner, who lives on site, will welcome you on arrival.

Nearby, visit the spectacular Château de Montgeoffroy, the Parc des Ardoisières and the open-air shows at Trélazé all summer long. Just 40 minutes away, visit Saumur and its château or La Flèche Zoo. Make the most of your trips south of the Loire to discover the vineyards and producers of Layon, Anjou and Saumur. A wine tasting is a must! At 5.7km, a few pedal strokes will take you back to the Loire à Vélo cycle route. Head off in the direction of Saumur or Angers and Nantes.

The gîte is on the ground floor, with one step up to the bedroom and another to the shower room. Bikes can be stored in a secure outbuilding. Electric barbecue provided.
