Completely renovated in 2023, you will be accommodated in this 70s house with a large garage on the ground floor and the living rooms on the first floor. An ideal place for bikers!

[SIGHTSEEING / ACTIVITIES] Spend a pleasant day at La Flèche Zoo, less than 30 minutes away, which has 1,500 animals from Asia, Africa and America (discount on admission available at the gîte). Baugé-en-Anjou, 20 minutes away, also offers interesting sights, including the apothecary dating from 1675 and the Château de Baugé. The banks of the Loire are 30 minutes away. The vineyards of Saumur, Bourgueil and Chinon are also nearby. Tours is 50 minutes away, Angers 1 hour.

On the 1st floor, very bright living room with uninterrupted views over the countryside to the east and west. Comfortable dining area, small lounge with connected TV, fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Direct access from the living room to the 30 m² terrace on stilts. For the sleeping area : 3 bedrooms (from 8.6 to 10m²) each with 1 140 x 190cm bed. The third bedroom also has a 90x190cm bunk bed. Shower room with vanity unit and large walk-in shower. Separate WC.

Garden furniture is available to enjoy the lovely views over the fields from the terrace. If the weather is very hot, a second set of garden furniture is available under the terrace to provide shade on the garden level.
The outside area is currently being developed, with 180m² of garden and 120m² of gravelled area. The 70m² garage is ideal for motorcyclists or cyclists to store their equipment safely. It's also the perfect place for the little ones to play in case it rains.
