Charming air-conditioned gîte with heated swimming pool, 50 m from the banks of the Loire, on the Loire à Vélo cycle route.

At La Bohalle, 20 minutes from Angers and 30 minutes from Saumur, in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage site, you'll be ideally placed to explore the region: Loire châteaux, walking or cycling on the Loire à Vélo and Vélo Francette cycle routes, wine-tasting at wineries, ... the banks of the Loire just 50m away.

Put down your suitcases and make the most of your stay: a delicious breakfast made from fresh, home-made produce can be served each morning in the gîte or on the terrace (supplement €12.50/person).

Built of tufa stone and schist, the gîte opens onto a living room with a lounge/TV area, open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven/microwave combo, fridge, filter coffee maker, etc.), cupboard, washing machine and WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, the cosy mezzanine bedroom has a 160x200cm bed and en suite shower room.

Outside, you'll enjoy a fully-equipped terrace (garden furniture, parasol and barbecue) overlooking the swimming pool (heated pool open from 9am to 8pm from 1 May to 15 October, weather permitting - 10mx5mx0.90m to 1.50m - secure roller shutter - shared with B&B guests).

Beds made on arrival, towels provided, cleaning extra.
