Nestled in the heart of a quiet village in the Normandy countryside, this superb vacation home is one of those hidden gems you treasure. It truly offers everything you could hope for in a vacation home just the way we like them: a place full of charm, plenty of space both indoors and out, and a cozy, warm interior whose decor highlights the characterof this historic building in modern colors, elegant and cozy bedrooms with excellent bedding, top-of-the-line amenities, and above all, plenty of room for fun! In the outbuilding, you’ll love the beautiful, inviting room that promises fun times for young and old alike: pool table, foosball, toys and games, a kitchenette, and a library for all ages. On sunny days, everything is in place to enjoy this beautiful, tree-lined garden: a cozy dining area, a true relaxation lounge where you can sit back to chat or have a coffee, and sun loungers to set up in your favorite little spot. Finally, let’s not forget the house’s mascots: Willow and Rhea, the alpacas (real cuddly bears); Macha and Michka, the dwarf goats; the chickens; and, of course, the farm’s sheep. Mylène and Mathieu will help you plan your outings and, whenever possible, tell you about the farm’s produce. SINGLE-STORY COTTAGE (with access to the bedrooms and bathrooms via two half-steps on one side and a quarter step on the other): The entrance opens onto the spacious living area, with a cozy lounge on one side and a comfortable dining room for 8 people on the other. The room opens onto the very well-equipped and bright kitchen (Senseo and Dolce Gusto coffee makers, raclette and fondue sets). Two bedrooms on each side: two with two 90x200 single beds, which can be converted into a double bed upon request, and two with a 160x200 double bed. As for the bathrooms: a beautiful bathroom (bathtub and vanity) and a shower room (large walk-in shower and vanity), as well as two separate toilets. Laundry room with a washer and dryer that opens to the back. In the outbuilding, there’s a superb recreation room with foosball, a pool table, and a kids’ corner with books and toys. You’ll enjoy a large garden of about 800 m², partially fenced, with tall trees perfect for shade, and a terrace featuring a dining area (with a beautiful, inviting round table), a lounge area, and 8 sun loungers. Games: balls, Swedish skittles, badminton. The cottage is the former farmhouse, located next door and offering complete privacy.
