



The remains of one of the first suspension bridges in France, the work of brothers Marc and Camille Seguin, who invented the principle of suspension bridges in France, was completed in May 1830 and dismantled in 1937.
Listed as a Historical Monument
This site offers a panoramic view of the Gardon river from each bank. The decking of the old bridge has been reconstructed, and vision boxes allow you to imagine what the bridge was like. The octrois, the former toll booths, also remain.
