Unique waterside location. South-facing. Fully equipped kitchen, veranda, terrace under a trellis, barbecue under a charming cherry tree. Stairs leading down to the port and a small footpath to the village. Very quiet and restful location. Close to shops, train station and medieval castle.
Private parking, bicycle garage. Not included: electricity according to consumption, bed linen and towels (can be hired). The house comprises a large living room, kitchen, conservatory, 3 bedrooms, one of which is on a mezzanine.

- Close to shops, train station, château and the Loire cycle route.
- 10 minutes' walk from the lake, with supervised swimming.
- At the foot of the footpaths! (cycling, walking).
- Boat and canoe hire, equestrian centre and Loire river cruises nearby.
- 15 minutes by car from the Ile d'Or golf course.
- 20 minutes by train from Nantes.
