Exhibition 2027

Uzès, France’s first duchy, a town designated as a “remarkable heritage site” and recognized as a “City of Art and History,” will host a new edition of Uzès Exposition in 2027.
"Uzès, the Metamorphosis—Memories of a City" traces the city’s architectural evolution, highlighting in particular the creation of the historic preservation district in 1965 under the Malraux Law, which marked the starting point of its modern transformation. A visual and sensory journey that immerses visitors in the memories of the ducal city: a photographic collection, videos, postcards, artifacts, archival documents, and audio testimonials from residents.

This new edition also commemorates a significant event in 2026: the fiftieth anniversary of André Malraux’s death.
