Just 30 minutes from Angers, 20 minutes from La Flèche and its famous Zoo and 15 minutes from Baugé and all its shops and services, this large, friendly, independent family gîte is housed in a renovated former farmhouse.

The property spans 175m² on 2 levels. Ground floor: :
- A large, light-filled 70m² living room with lounge, big screen TV, dining area for 12 people, large high-quality fitted kitchen. The bay window opens directly onto the terrace.
- A 20m² bedroom with dressing room and 160 x 200cm bed.
- A laundry area.
- A separate toilet.
- A beautiful 13m² shower room with 2 basins and a large walk-in shower.

The first floor is reserved for the sleeping area:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and a double bed (140x190cm),
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90x190cm and a bed 140 x 190cm (+ an extra bed for a child 90 x 160cm)
- 1 landing room with a 140 x 190cm bunk bed (room isolated from the noise of the living area and windows with blinds)
- 1 shower room with toilet, bath and washbasin

Air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a dressing room.

On-site activities: swimming, table football, croquet, darts, pétanque, molky, etc.

Outside: 49m² terrace with garden furniture for 12 people, children's games, awning, electric griddle, above-ground swimming pool, 4000m² of private green space. You're likely to spot roe deer, birds, pheasants, rabbits...

Baugé-en-Anjou: A village full of character with a heritage rich in history, such as the 17th-century apothecary and the Hôtel Dieu. The Etang de Malagué is 15 minutes away, with a beach, supervised swimming, dance halls and concerts in season. The banks of the Loire 30 minutes away. Saumur 40 minutes away. Parcours aventure 49 (adventure trail) 20 minutes away.

Swimming pool details: dimensions 6.5 x 3 x 1.20 m - Unheated. Open from May to October. Enclosed car park on the property. Wifi internet connection. Baby equipment on request: folding bed, nomad seat, changing table, potty. 1 step down to ground floor bedroom (also accessible via French window from courtyard, no steps). The price does not include the end-of-stay cleaning charge of €120, sheet hire of €10 and bathroom linen hire of €5.
