Situated between Angers and Nantes, 3km from the Loire on the south bank, come and enjoy a stay at the foot of the vines in this charming single-storey gîte with 2 bedrooms and all modern comforts.

The gîte is located in a small hamlet with a few houses, including that of the owner, who will be happy to welcome you and give you all the information you need.

The 45m² living room is bright and airy thanks to the large bay window opening onto the terrace, with a large dining area, cosy lounge with sofas, large-screen TV with Canal+, and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a bedroom with 2 80x200cm beds (which can be joined together on request), a spacious shower room with large shower, vanity unit and separate wc.

There is also a mezzanine area (adults only) with a 140x190cm bed, accessible via a ladder.

Enclosed garden of approx. 80m² with lawn area and terrace. Garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and plancha.

50 minutes from Nantes and 45 minutes from Angers. 7 minutes from Ancenis station for easy access to Angers, Nantes or the coast for a day at the seaside.

Near Ancenis, you can admire the Loire River and enjoy walks, cycle rides or boat trips. Champtoceaux, the neighbouring town, is reputed to have the most beautiful panoramic views of the Loire. Visit the small town of Clisson, famous for Hellfest and its Italian-style architecture, just 40 minutes away, or the Boissière du Doré zoo, less than 15 minutes away.
