La Douceur Angevine

Welcome to La Douceur Angevine, guest house near Angers and the Loire, 2 rooms for 2 to 4 people with SPA and garden.

Quiet setting close to shops and main roads. Beautiful stone Angevine house combining old-world charm and modernity. Just a stone's throw from the Loire and 10 minutes from Angers, 1.5 km from the entrance to the A87 motorway.

Spacious 50m² room to share with the owners, who live on site, with kitchen for reheating pre-prepared meals, lounge and dining area.
Beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture, lounge and sun loungers. Plancha, garden, 6-seater SPA with light therapy (accessible from April to October and included in the price only for the Douceur Angevine room). In hot weather, the temperature is lowered to cool you down. Enclosed space to share with the owners, who will be discreet when you are there.

2 bedrooms are available:
- Ground floor: a small 11.30m² bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower, bath, wc and double washbasin unit (no access to the SPA)
- Upstairs: 25m² bedroom with 160x200cm bed, large dressing room, courtesy tray with kettle. Ensuite bathroom with double washbasin unit, wall-hung WC and large shower.

In each bedroom: air conditioning, television, desk, storage space, bed linen and towels provided.

Close to the shops and numerous guinguettes.
Bakery 300 m away, chemist, supermarket and restaurants 2.5 km away. For your stay in Anjou, take the time to visit the vineyards and taste the local wines, Angers and its medieval city, the Terra Botanica park, the Châteaux of Angers and Brissac among many others, the David d'Angers and Jean Lurçat museums. You'll be 45 minutes from Saumur and Le Puy du Fou, 30 minutes from Doué la Fontaine, 35 minutes from Cholet, 1 hour from Nantes and 1.5 hours from Les Sables d'Olonne.

Garage for storing bicycles. Public parking in front of the house. The owners welcome you in their house with their little dog Tomy (animals are not allowed to avoid any misunderstanding...). Wifi internet connection. Pellet stove in the living room. Access in the kitchen to microwave only, crockery, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, coffee, teas and infusions. There is a dedicated shelf in the fridge if you need it. A folding cot and high chair are available for babies.
