The bright, spacious living area comprises a lounge with television and direct access to the terrace, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, freezer, etc.) and a relaxation area with a BZ sofa that can be used as an extra bed for two people (fireplace not working).

The first bedroom, with direct access to the terrace, has two 90cm single beds that can be made into a 180cm double bed, and the second bedroom has a 90cm single bed. The shower room (walk-in shower, vanity unit and washing machine) and WC are separate.
The gîte has Wi-Fi internet access, and bed linen and heating are included.

For fishermen, this holiday rental offers fishing 200m along the Loir, crossing the meadow. The Vallée du Loir à Vélo - V47 cycle route, which passes close to the gîte, passes through rolling countryside dotted with charming villages along the Loir.
