Whether you’re travelling as a couple or with your family, this holiday let in Briollay, which sleeps up to 4 people, will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside thanks to its extensive grounds of over 2,000 m², its covered terrace and its various facilities: sun loungers, barbecue, garden furniture, badminton, darts… Children can enjoy the garden and outdoor areas, playing and running about in complete peace and quiet. An ideal setting for a family holiday in Anjou.

The living area is spacious and light, comprising a lounge area with a television and direct access to the terrace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, freezer…) and a relaxation area with a sofa bed (non-working fireplace).

The first bedroom, with direct access to the terrace, has two 90 cm single beds that can be joined to form a 180 cm double bed, whilst the second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a washing machine. The toilet is separate.

The gîte has Wi-Fi; bed linen and heating are included.

For anglers, this holiday let offers fishing opportunities 200 m away along the River Loir, across the meadow. The ‘Vallée du Loir à Vélo – V47’ cycle route also passes close to the gîte, allowing you to explore the countryside and the charming villages in the area. A small outbuilding is available for you to store your fishing tackle or bicycles.

The enclosed courtyard also allows you to park your car safely.
