Description

Sculpture signed Hall WILSON in 2000. St Julian was a centurion in the Roman army in the third century. Converted to Christianity, he took refuge in the Drouille Forest during the persecutions before being beheaded in Brioude. He is depicted with the palm of martyrdom and a sword.
