In this poetic and musical stand-up show, Louis Caratini treats the audience to a
delightful blind test of French-language songs and sweeps us away into
a giant karaoke session!
In a warm and intimate atmosphere, Louis Caratini invites the
audience on a fascinating journey through the French-language musical repertoire and
playfully reveals the musicality of the language.
Surrounded on stage by instruments as varied as a piano, a guitar,
a typewriter and a mini harpsichord, the performer shares with us
all that makes these works so special.
Through a series of enriching anecdotes, alternating between humour, poetry and
emotion, he introduces us to a few hidden gems and prompts us to reflect on their
origins, as well as on the very notion of plagiarism.
Carried along by song, slam poetry and rap, you won’t be able to resist the
contagious energy of this funny and erudite show!
