A 500 m² holiday cottage for 8 people, situated in the heart of an organic farm practising agroforestry.
La Canopée welcomes you to an unspoilt setting, surrounded by crops, trees, meadows and hedgerows.
A vibrant estate, perfect for switching off from everyday life and enjoying the peace and quiet.

A stay in tune with the seasons
The holiday cottage is situated at the heart of the farm.
Here, life is dictated by birdsong, the changing seasons and work in the fields.

The gîte can accommodate up to 8 people and comprises:
• 4 separate bedrooms
• 8 single beds (90 × 190)
• A bathroom and toilet for each bedroom
• A large, light-filled living room
• A fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, teapot)
• A south-facing terrace overlooking the arboretum, with a table and benches
• On-site parking
A 100 m² hall can also be made available on request for courses, workshops or gentle exercise sessions.

Nature & wildlife watching
For those who are interested, we offer a unique experience: wildlife observation huts are available by booking.
: roe deer, foxes, badgers, beavers, squirrels, hares, pheasants, partridges, herons, owls, buzzards, sparrowhawks, kingfishers and much more…, as well as a rich variety of insects, butterflies, dragonflies and amphibians, are all part of everyday life in this typical bocage landscape.

You can also enjoy walking trails on the estate, which covers 60 hectares around the plots. These walks allow you to explore the surrounding countryside in peace and quiet and observe wildlife in its natural habitat.

Our packages & prices:
Half-day: €15 per person
Full day: €20 per person
Winter season: 7.30 am – 5.30 pm (10 hours of birdwatching)
Summer season: 5.30 am → 9.30 pm (16 hours of wildlife watching)

2-day stay + 1 night: €70 per person
Access to the 3 hides and walking trails
1 private bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet
Access to the shared kitchen-living area

Terms & Conditions of Stay:
To preserve the experience and ensure respect for wildlife:
- Stays are for adults only (aged 18 and over)
- Pets are not permitted
- Stay dates may be rescheduled once only
- Fixed arrival and departure times – early arrival the day before is possible (1-night surcharge)
- Booking confirmed only after online payment
- Please be discreet and respectful, so that everyone can fully enjoy this unique immersion
