Located close to the city center and train station, it can accommodate up to 4 travelers thanks to a 12m2 bedroom with 1 new 160x200 bed and a new 140 sofa bed in the living room. A crib is available on request.

The 25m2 kitchen-living room is fully equipped with bathroom linen, coffee machine, hotplate, oven, TV, etc.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and WC.

The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen and a southwest-facing balcony, with a 10m2 outdoor terrace and dining area, plus two deckchairs for enjoying the peace and quiet of the city.
