Gîte Nirvana

In a quiet neighborhood of the charming little town of Conches-en-Ouche, with its beautiful, typical half-timbered houses, shops, leisure activities, and restaurants, the Nirvana gîte promises a truly relaxing stay! Designed for holidays with your comfort in mind, it offers beautiful, bright, and peaceful areas where you'll feel right at home. Light colors, a contemporary ambiance with a lovely blend of modern and antique family furniture, and carefully chosen decorative objects... you'll be captivated, especially by the beautiful living area. Relax in the lounge area, nestled in the leather sofas, dine around a comfortable table, or enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. The living area opens onto two terraces, one on each side of the house, where you can settle in as you please, and extend into the garden, relaxing on the sun loungers. On sunny days, the swimming pool will beckon, unless you're tempted by a game of pétanque. Philippe will give you a warm welcome and advise you on the highlights of this lovely region. On the ground floor: the entrance leads to the bright and welcoming living room, which opens onto a terrace on either side of the house; a modern, well-equipped kitchen; a very comfortable dining area; and a cozy living room with two leather sofas. There is also a WC with a laundry area (washing machine and dryer). Upstairs, there is a lovely attic bedroom with a TV, two single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined to make a double bed, and a child's bed (80x190cm). A second, smaller attic bedroom overlooks the garden and also has a TV and two single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined to make a double bed. A practical office space is located on the landing (with good internet connection), and there is a bright bathroom. The house has reversible air conditioning. Located on Philippe's property, the cottage is attached to his house but offers complete privacy: you have a private terrace on either side of the house and your own private area in the garden (approximately 50m²). The swimming pool is shared and open from May to September: 14 x 4 meters, 1.45m deep, and heated to a minimum of 25°C. There is also a pétanque court. Your pets are welcome, provided you respect the small dog on the property.
