Re-established in 1997 in the actual abbey walls, the abbey brewery draws its inspiration from recipes that monk used in days of yore for brewing beer. The idea is to keep up this tradition. The beers now being made are genuine abbey beers. These high-fermentation, non-pasteurised simple and natural beverages are brewed according to the old infusion method. With their slightly bitter taste, these thirst-quenching beers are easily digestible.
