Refuge on the GR5 and GR55 route. 1/2 day hikes: Refuge de la Leisse - Refuge de la Femma - Refuge du Plan du Lac - 2h between each of these refuges. Full-day hikes : Refuge de l'Arpont, 4h - Pralognan, 4h - Tignes, 5h - Val d'Isère via Col de la Rocheure, 7h - Refuge du Fond des Fours, 6h.
