In the heart of the Bédouret forest, CDNPC invites you to discover local biodiversity through 3 areas: the permanent exhibition, the observatories and the discovery trails. The site begins with a rich exhibition of 12 educational areas. A total of 16 panels and 1 touch-screen await the most curious visitors in the 36 m² of exhibition space dedicated to the subject. Visitors will discover the ecology of local species, the characteristics of their habitats, the challenges of their conservation, their management and the monitoring or studies carried out by the FDC on the species, not forgetting the hunting practices and cultures associated with them. Outside, 2 certified footpaths, including 1 fun trail suitable for young children and 1 3km loop, enable visitors to explore the local flora and fauna.
The observatory, overlooking a 3-hectare meadow, is equipped with night cameras.
