La Zaguerie is above all the story of Franck and Aurélie, two enthusiasts who warmly welcome you to their pizzeria in the centre of Préfailles.
Franck, who has been making pizzas for 8 years, puts all his know-how and passion into making simple, generous pizzas. Every day, he kneads the dough by hand, for a tasty, authentic result.

The Calzone, a generous turnover topped with mozzarella, white ham, mushrooms and eggs, offers a symphony of creamy, comforting flavours. The soft pastry blends perfectly with the rich, flavoursome filling for unrivalled gourmet pleasure.
La Nantaise, an ode to local gastronomy, features Curé Nantais, a cheese made from raw milk from Pornic with a strong character.
The Port Meleu, for lovers of Parma ham, parmesan and mushrooms.
