Franck Bouchet, a local boy and owner of the pizzeria, makes his pizzas with passion and is always looking for originality in his recipes. He loves mixing flavours.

His credo is to work as closely as possible with local producers, so that his pizzas can showcase local produce.
And it's not just the pizzas that are original! The names of the pizzas are all unique: each pizza is named after a street or locality in the commune of Saint-Michel Chef-Chef, such as "Bel Essor", "Haut Village" etc! It's a little nod to the town that's close to your heart!

The pizzeria is located very close to the beach and the famous blue fishery of Tharon-Plage. So don't hesitate to order your pizza on a warm summer's evening and enjoy it with your feet in the sand, watching the magnificent sunset!
