Access to the first floor via an outside staircase: living room/kitchen, shower room/wc, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90). Private enclosed landscaped garden of 30 m² (garden furniture, barbecue, 2 deckchairs). Shared: heated swimming pool (3.6x9.6m) open from May to September. On-site fishing pontoon accessible to the disabled:
