La Cave aux Moines
Description
The Cave aux Moines site is made up of former tufa quarry galleries used since the early 20th century for mushroom cultivation. At the mushroom farm, you can discover the oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and button mushrooms grown on site.
After your visit, you can sample a selection of Loire wines in the cellar.
And don't forget to try the mushrooms at the "Les Pieds Bleus" restaurant, with its speciality "fouées".
