Description
Set within the heart of the Casino Impérial de Pompadour, La Table de la Marquise celebrates the French art of living in an elegant setting that opens out onto the natural surroundings. The restaurant pays tribute to Madame de Pompadour and the elegance of the great French houses, through a warm and welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by an open kitchen that showcases the teams’ expertise.
The menu, created by Chef Christophe Besse, showcases authentic, generous regional cuisine. It is based on carefully selected produce sourced from short supply chains and collaborations with local producers. An approach that celebrates French culinary traditions whilst following the rhythm of the seasons.
The terrace offers unobstructed views of the Saupiquet pond and the surrounding park.
