Nature lovers, the Gorges de la Cèze will plunge you into wild and intense landscapes. Hiking is the best way to explore this "Natura 2000" listed natural site.
The clear, peaceful waters of the Cèze and the song of the multitude of birds nesting along the rock faces invite you to relax and escape.
Beaches of the Cèze :
If the lapping of the water makes you long for a swim, let yourself be tempted!
The Cèze offers 3 beaches in Méjannes-le-Clap alone.
The Roy, Terris and Quittard beaches are equipped with picnic tables, bowling alleys, horse and bicycle racks and parking facilities.
So you can spend summer days with your family by the river in comfort, in an exceptional natural setting.
ATTENTION: These beaches are not supervised. Your children swim under your responsibility.
Although accessible all year round, we advise against visiting the river banks in wet weather: the banks are flood-prone.
